Separation Anxiety?

When you make a card that you like is it hard for you to give it away? DO you mourn the loss of a cute card? Even for a moment? Well... I do! LOL I like to keep them around for a couple days. Sometimes even longer! Other times I stamp specifically for someone and send it on it's merry way immediately. LOL Is that strange? Maybe? LOL

A couple days ago I posted some cards that I made specifically for the local stamp store I teach classes at, Stamp & Scrap Trap (link to the right). I used my new spring release A Muse stamps at her request and took her the cards. Well... I missed them. LOL I wanted my own so I could look at that cute bunny and chick for a couple days and then send them on their way to brighten some one's day. LOL So, I copied my own cards and put a little different twist on them.
I added another project to my blog this time. I wrapped a package of Peeps with patterned paper and made a cute little tag. I am loving the Peep sentiment from A Muse. I wanted the set to match so I used the same Basic Grey paper line for all 3 items.
I am off to STAMP! Have a great day!

  1. Such a cute set! The sentiment is really cute!

  2. You're so funny! I do have a hard time parting with my cards, mostly because I put so much time into them. Although, sometimes, I've put so much effort and aggravation into a card that by the time I'm done I never want to see it again! LOL! Your cards are just adorable and make me want those stamps!

  3. These are great and I love the paper you chose!

  4. OMG! The PEEPS wrapper is fabulous. I might have to give this a shot for little Easter gifties for PEEP-loving friends. Thanks for sharing!

  5. OH MY HEAVENS! That Peep box is SOOOO cute!!!!!

  6. All the time~ glad to know I am not the only one who loves a card too much to give it away! :)

  7. This maybe a stupid question but how did you add your cards to the Peep box? That is so adorable.
