I am still taking orders for the STICKY SALE HERE. I will be taking orders for a couple more days, so if you have been waiting to order, please do it asap. :) Also, if you are currently signed up, please send your payment if you haven't done so already. :) Thanks to all who have participated!

Did you know I have a massive collection of AMuse stamps? No? I never use them... LOL I think they are super cute and buy them like crazy, but then don't use them. OOPS! I am a closet AMuse fan! It's confession time! :)

I bought a bunch of stamps from the AMuseapalooza release this week (see stash above) and agreed to make some samples for the LSS in El Paso to use for display and the AMAP event. :) These cards are not my "norm", but I stretched myself and attempted to use them in the way they are intended. Simple. It's harder for me to make simple cards, but I tried. Be gentle. LOL

I was laughing hysterically when I came up with the "On Chrismoose" card. I actually DREW! Yes, it is only a line from the moose's tail to the intertube, but I DREW! That was a major accomplishment for me. LMBO! I am NOT an artist! I used the clear sentiment set (not shown in stash picture) and CUT 2 of the sentiments to form that sentiment. YES, I cut clear stamps when I want to make something different out of them. It is usually sentiments. They won't grow back together so stop your gasping. LOL They easily line up again for stamping. :) Try it. You can come up with some creative uses for your current clear sentiments. :)

Stamps: AMuse
Paper: AMuse, PTI white, black, choc chip, real red
Ink: Memento black, palette burnt umber
Accessories: Copics, AMuse ribbon, AMuse clear sticker thingy, Prima, brad, stickles, black dimensional boosters, liquid applique

I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!

  1. Are you KIDDING me?! These are awesome! I was lol at the Chris-moose sentiment! I also love the pull out city scape card (for lack of better words). Nice work!

  2. These are fab, Jody! I was giggling at first glance I thought the word "cozy" was "crappy". LOL

  3. ROTF I had to laugh when i read your post about being a Amuse Closet fan. I am the same way I have 5 or 6 of the extra large SU containers full and I have only used a couple of the sayings... Chuckles but i just keep on buying them.

  4. Hey Lady!

My favorite has to be the Cityscape card with the elf & tree!

Psst...I took my shades off for this post. (wink wink)

  5. Impressed - simple cards - I can't do them... I've tried to force myself (which you know is NO fun!!!) but I just can't... Need to have do dads, sewing, ribbon stuff!!!

  6. GET OUT OF THE CLOSET!! ha ha ha. I would DIE to have all those new stamps!! I'm waiting for the 20th of this month and my LSS will have 20 percent off so I will get some then. It's killin' me to wait!! (ok...I did get 1 new one this week...but it jumped in my basket and wouldn't get out)

I'm with you on the cutting the stamps. Why not :)

fyi - I e-mailed you about the red stick tape

  7. Wow, girl you have been busy!
I vote for the skyline card with the flying's adorable!
