Hi everyone and welcome to day 2 of MFT Teaser Time!
For my card today I used the pretty Clearly Sentimental about Success stamp set, Simply Scallop Medium Die-namics die, Pretty Posies Die-namics die, and Open Scallop Doily Die-namics die.
I stamped the sentiment on white card stock and then used my air art tool to spray some ink on the paper to make it a little shabby.
To create the flower embellishment, I die-cut the Pretty Posies flowers with newsprint patterned paper (2 of each size). Then, I spritzed them all with water and scrunched them up. I then opened up the scrunched flowers and dried them with my heat tool. I layered them over one another and then stuck them together with a brad.

Hi and thanks for stopping by today. It's day 1 of MFT Teaser Time and I am SO excited to show you all my cards using the soon-to-be-released stamp sets over the next 5 days. There are just so many sets packed with C-U-T-E!
My teaser today uses a new set that will enable you to make quick (and cute) cards in a snap! Well Worn Greetings is a HUGE 6 X 8 stamp set that comes with a BIG 3 die set that layers together beautifully. I just LOVE it. It's everything you need in one neat little BIG package.
The set includes 2 HUGE texture stamps that will work with any of the three pieces of the Die-namics die set. I opted for the denim texture for the back layer (stamped with Color Box chalk ink in Blue Iris), gingham texture for the middle layer (stamped with Color Box Warm Red chalk ink), and on the front layer of the label, I stamped one of the included sentiments and a worn frame. I just love how it all stacks together.
Here is a close-up shot of my bling and blue jean border made with a denim knee patch found at Walmart and my Scallop Ribbon Die-namics die. Look how cleanly it cuts!
Speaking of blue jeans and bling... this month's guest designer contest theme is *just* that. This month, Frances and I want to see your best blue jeans and bling creation. There is something awesome and textural (new word?) about mixing blue jean and bling and we can't wait to see what you come up with! It's totally worth playing for with a prize of over $100 in stamp sets and the opportunity to play along with the design team for the next release and Wednesday Stamp Club sketches all month long. Head over to the Guest Designer Contest to read all the details and learn how YOU can win the honor!

Here are the three pieces in the Die-namics die set, shown stacked. They can be used individually or all together.
This is the die I used for the denim border. It cut out the denim knee patch easily.

A little birdie told me there are some new MFT Design Team members... you might want to click on over to Kim's blog to read the official announcement! *wink*
I made this card to celebrate this special day of welcoming the new members of the team.
I used the super cute Pure Innocence stamp set, You're So Tweet. She is paper pieced with Lily Bee Design Picket Fence patterned paper and colored with Copic markers. I added a piece of grass that was die-cut with My Favorite Felt and Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics.
I made a "wordless" banner with the Fishtail Banner Die-namics and some green buttons from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by today. I'll see you tomorrow for the start of MFT Teaser Time! I can hardly wait! :)
Hi all and thanks for popping in today. I have a card using MFT Wednesday Stamp Club sketch #17.
I used the super adorable, Being Cute is What I Do Pure Innocence stamp set. I don't think I'll ever tire of this set. It's just SO DARN CUTE!
She is colored with Copic markers.
I used a matchy matchy Prima flower from my stash and threaded a green button with some green twine through the middle of it.
I stamped a thank you sentiment from another PI set (that I forgot to note, sorry). I added it to a Four Point Frame die-cut and added it as a little sentiment tab.
I used Lily Bee Design Picket Fence patterned paper.
Here is the sketch for you. I hope you'll play along. :)
Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog and the MFT forum on SCS (look for the most recent WSC thread). Hi all! I have been a busy stamping bee and have a card with the new(ish) Pure Innocence I Get a Kick Out of You. She is fully customizable and I opted for the volleyball option. :) My daughters love to play volleyball, and I was inspired by them.
I tucked the High Tea Doily Die-namics behind my focal image layer for a little added flair. I added a number 3 from the Banner Day Alphabet stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by! See you soon. :)
Hi ladies! It's time to get stampy with this week's MFT Wednesday Stamp Club sketch #16.
Here is the card I created using this week's sketch:
I used the Claire Keay stamp set, Enjoy Every Moment. The adorable little girl is colored with Copic markers. I added lots of stitching and some purple brads in the corners.
Here is the sketch for you. I hope you'll play along. :)

Hello all and welcome to the MFT Who's that Girl Hop & Shop VIP event! NOW is the time to grab the 2 à la modes stamp sets we have previewed already AND the fabulous VIP Collection, which includes this fabulous WTG image as well as some other yummy goodies. You can scroll down to see what comes in the VIP Collection. :)
If you've just happened upon the hop, be sure to start at the beginning, on Kim's blog, so you don't miss anything.
Here is the card I made using the Girls Rule stamp set and the Lily Bee Designs Picket Fence 6 X 6 patterned paper pad, which is included in the VIP Collection.
I just love that delicate newsprint paper with the purple flower printed on it. I used a Prima flower with a resin Prima flower over it for the center. Check out the new Scallop Ribbon Die-namics. You'll get that die in your VIP Collection, also. It's a MUST HAVE.
I just love her pretty dress and delicate pose. SO girly. Gotta love it. Know what else you've gotta love? I just realize I didn't deck her out in pink. What was I thinking? MUST. MAKE. PINK. CARD. (sorry that was my OCD kicking in) ;)
Here is a peek inside, where I used a sentiment that is included in the set (which I LOVE). I also used the Little Open Scallop Strip and pulled in more of that fab newsprint paper.
Here is what you'll get in your May VIP Collection:
Ready to hop along? Your next stop on the hop is the super-talented and equally sweet, Michele Boyer.
I'll see you in 2 short hours for Wednesday Stamp Club! :)
Hey ya'll and thanks for stopping by today for MFT Teaser Time Day 2 (of 2). I have a card using the soon-to-be-released (tonight at 10 PM EST in fact) à la modes stamp set, Grad Girl. Isn't she sweet? She is sporting a huge diploma to go along with her huge success. :)
In light of her studious nature, I thought a Pretty Posies blossom made with newsprint patterned paper was fitting. :) I added 2 of each layer and then curled up the edges with my fingertips.
Using the AMAZING Notebook Edge Die-namics die and then ripping it is my latest obsession. Hunker down and prepare to see that "trick" a lot. I am just in awe that it has a working perforation and well... what a waste it would be not to utilize it, right?
You know the rule: things look better in threes? Well toss that idea out the window. Sometimes 2 is *just* right. I used the Button Quartet Die-namics die and stitched the 2 buttons on with linen thread (SU).
Here are some details about the release this Tuesday night:
- The MFT release is on April 19th at 10 PM EST.

Hi everyone and welcome to day 1 (of 2) MFT Teaser Time for the mid-month release. Today we are featuring the new Dream Big à la modes and oh my word is it C-U-T-E! I just adore everything about this image. Her cute slippers (that remind me of my girls), her sleeping mask (that remind me of my girls), her pretty hair (that reminds me of my girls), and add to that... she is just plain adorable. OK, now that I have proclaimed my love for the set, let's move on to the card. (lol)
She is colored with Copic markers. I stitched around the circle one stitch at a time and matted that layer on the Dizzy Doily Die-namics. :)
I used the Stacking Stars Die-namics to anchor the sentiment on the card. Note the excessive use of Prima Bling. It just felt "right". LOL
