Snow

Hi everyone!  It's Day 6 of MFT Teaser Time, and that means it's time for Pure Innocence.  Of course there are plenty of cuties to be had this month.  


My card uses the Pure Innocence Ski Girl and Loopy Bloom Die-namics.

Here is my Loopy Bloom made with green My Favorite Felt.

I added the word "snow" to the Mini Pennants Die-namics.  I add Liquid Applique to her beanie "fluff".  The patterned paper is a limited edition MME from Scrap Ace is no longer available, sorry.

I'd Come Unraveled Without You

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today.  We are on Day 5 (of 7) of MFT Teaser Time and today is à la modes day!  I just love these sweet little characters!  For my card, I chose Knit Happens and some pretty bright papers. (bright for me, anyway LOL)

I colored her using the colors in the paper, which meant it was WAY outside my comfort zone.  LOL  I used the Copic blending solution technique with some grosgrain ribbon to texturize her sweater and make it look knit.  The knitting needles were colored grey, then I covered them with Sakura glitter pen in silver.  The ground was drawn in with a fine-tipped marker.

Here is a peek at the decorated inside.  I added some die-cut snowflakes from Let it Snowflake Die-namics and along the top, added a strip of vellum cut from the Wonky Scallop Border Die-namics die.

Happy Birthday Cameo

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today!  It's day 4 (of 7) of MFT Teaser Time!  I am stepping outside of "comfort zone" to use the soon-to-be-released Vintage Cameo Frame Die-namics and Stamp Set.  This elegant set makes gorgeous cards in no time at all.  I love the bold silhouettes and elegant font.  There are several coordinating elements for the frame that complete the look, right down to the "crackle" stamp to add to the vintage feel. 

I purchased this Pink Paislee Patterned Paper pack specifically because it had cameos on it... but then I didn't use any of the cameo prints.  LOL  Figures!  It is actually a Halloween pack, but I just LOVE the bold green and black color combo.


The silhouette is stamped in Brilliance Black and the crackle stamp was stamped in Certainly Celery Stampin' Up Classic Ink.  I hand-placed the Swarovski crystals around the oval to add a little glitz.

The Happy Birthday sentiment was stamped in Brilliance Black on a piece from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics and then popped up on Black Sticky Dots.

Here is a look at the stamp set with Die-namics die.  It is a HUGE 6 X 8 stamp set with lots of possibilities.
