I used Fishtail Banner and added the simple snowflake from this month's Triple Scoop Stamp Set, Seasonal Sentiments. The banner was stitched on using a zig zag stitch.
The sentiment was stamped in Brilliance Graphite Black. I included three simple paper-pierced holes.
I accordion-folded musical note paper and stitched down the center of it for a fun detail. The patterned paper is Authentique Festive Bundle.
