I made the focal point of my card the new MFT Santa's Sleigh, cut from Paver Red Card Stock. The base of the sleigh was cut from Steel Gray Card Stock. The background circle was cut from Circle STAX Set 1 and Circle STAX Set 2 and the Snow Drifts were cut from Whip Cream Card Stock. I added a couple "reins" (Hemp Cord) and strung some tiny jingle bells on them.
The Snow Drifts were coated with Snow Glitter (Martha Stewart). The sentiment (from Seasonal Sentiments) was stamped on a Sentiment Strip and I added a simple X stitch with Hemp Cord. I just love the embossing on the sleigh!
The patterned paper is Farm House Fair Skies and Echo Park Very Merry.
Here is a peek inside.
I adhered a sticky sheet to Whip Cream Card Stock and then cut out a circle using Circle STAX.
Here is what it looks like on the flip side.
Lay your Snow Drifts Die-namics over it and roll through your die-cutting machine (I use a Vagabond).
You'll be left with 2 pieces that can be layered over one another. This is the Snow Glitter I used.
Remove the liner from the sheet tape.
Coat both pieces WELL with glitter and rub your fingers over them to ensure all the sticky has been covered up with Snow Glitter.
Here are the 2 coated pieces.
Adhere the largest piece to your circle.
Assemble the sleigh.
Add dimensionals to the back-side to provide dimension to your winter scene.
Adhere the sleigh, then adhere the other snow drift (also using dimensionals).
Check out all that dimension!
Here is another look at the finished card.
