forget me not

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. Today kicks off the beginning of the MFT February Release Countdown. Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day. This release is packed full of amazing products guaranteed to create a wave of creative inspiration.

I am kicking things off with a card using Lisa Johnson's new Forget Me Not stamp set and Die-namics. The sweet little blooms make quick work of heartfelt cards.

I must've been feeling peppy because I grabbed Razzle Berry, Lemon Drop, and Sour Apple for this colorful creation.  The flowers are stamped on the coordinating die-cuts to create a pretty, dimensional bouquet.

The sentiment was stamped on a fishtail flag, which I made double-ended using the cut and re-cut method.  The background was stamped with the pretty text background strip that comes in the set.  I added some fancy machine stitching to add more texture to the card.

Up next is this purple creation using the stamp stamp set and Die-namics in a softer color palette.

The flower bouquet was stamped in Grapesicle, Factory Green, and Lemon Drop and was placed on a pierced oval platform. I added three tiny brads from my stash.

I used the background strip again, but this time in Lemon Drop.  The stitched line from Hearts and Stitches was stamped in Sweet Tooth.

I finished off the inside with a coordinating sentiment and a flower accent.

These products and many more will be available for purchase in just SEVEN days, on February 11 at 10 PM EST.  Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with today.
