F R I E N D

This is a BoBunny chipboard book that I altered for a friend of mine. I am participating in a swap and needed to make a 3D item.

I started with some Two Scoops (Basic Grey) patterned paper and covered each "naked" portion of the BoBunny chipboard book. Then, I added sentiments and embellished it. I am hoping the recipient enjoys it. I give it to her tomorrow. :) She doesn't read my blog so I am giving you all a peek first. :)

Stamps: misc sentiment stamps

Paper: Basic Grey Two Scoops

Ink: Palette Noir

Accessories: Prima flowers, silver brads, silver jumbo brads, Basic Grey rub ons, ribbon, Swarovski crystals, Basic Grey sanding tool kit, binder rings, Janome sewing machine

  7. This is beautiful. What a great gift idea. Did you cover both side or did you leave one naked? I couldn't tell in the photos.

  8. Jodi you are such an enabler... Of course I loved the flower silhouette (who comes up with these spellings anyway???) stamps - so I went to the site, picked the ones I wanted - well they came up to almost the full price to get all 12 - so I HAD to have all 12...*let's not tell anyone okay*...
I have always loved your stuff! The two scoops is yummy! Your friend will love the gift. If you get a chance go to my blog and check out what I have been doing for my friend for VD day - I would love to know what you think since I am still a beginner!

    Have a great Sunday!

  12. Hi Jodi,
I have a questions about your Janome sewing machine...do you really love it?
I went to Hancock last night purchase it and was just asking the associate about it, told her what I wanted it for - sewing on paper for cards and scrapbooking only...and she said it was horrible and that she couldn't sell it to me with a clear concious and wanted me to buy the more expensive one from Janome. I left without either, but have been searching for reviews online all day and coming up blank. She said the thread gets all tangled and it was just bad bad bad. Please tell me what you really think! thanks, Susie
