This card was made with fabric! The pink polka dotted frame is a piece of fabric that I die cut with my Big Shot and Sizzix die. I stitched it to the card stock to prevent any frayed edges. I stamped the hb with my Bling 'bet and then placed 4 mm Swarovskis in each hole. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from You Take the Cake. I used my Nesties to die cut the bracket shapes and popped them each up with red line dimensionals.
