Christmas Blooms

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today.  I have a couple Christmas cards I made a couple weeks ago to share with you using some of the newest products from MFT.  These were part of a card class I held at my house for some of my favorite ladies EVER!  :)

I wanted to show a couple different ways to assemble the Loopy Bloom Die-namics, which I am head-over-heels in love with.  :)

I first up, I made a traditional Loopy Bloom with felt from MFT.  The main image is the gorgeous Santa from Inspired by Christmas.  I think he looks awesome just stamped on Kraft for an "old time Christmas" look.   I used a couple different sentiments from Clearly Sentimental about Christmas, this month's Triple Scoop Stamp Set.  I used the new Crown Border Die-namics and added a copper brad to each opening to jazz it up.  I used the Mini Pennants Die-namics "pole" with the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics "flag" to create the sentiment at the top of the card.  The "Believe in Magic" sentiment was stamped with Chocolate Chip Craft Ink from SU on the File Tab Die-namics.  I used a round, plastic canvas template to paper-pierce around the Santa layer.

I made one more Christmas card in non-traditional colors and tried the Loopy Bloom a non-traditional way.  I created it like a fringed flower, but didn't cut it in half exactly, but instead cut one side longer than the other.  Then I rolled them up, with the shortest side first, then the longer side.   The sentiment is from Clearly Sentimental about Christmas, and I also snuck the Wonky Scallop Border in there.  :)

One little die... so many possibilities.  Love it.  :)

Thanks for stopping by today and I will see you very soon!
