Fall Banner

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today.  The MFT Design Team is partaking in the monthly Creative Challenge.  The MFT Design Team Creative Challenge is a monthly feature, where we are challenged to explore our creative side using a specific theme, product, or technique. This month, we were challenged to create a custom banner using our assortment of STAX Banner Die-namics.  Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for a list of all participating designers who have a project to share with you today.

I created a banner for fall.  I couldn't resist using the gorgeous Sunflower Die-namics and the new(ish) Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX.  I love those things!  :)

On the first panel I include a Picket Fence, which is mostly covered up by the gorgeous Sunflowers.  I tucked a couple Cornstalks in behind the fence.

Each of the "letter" banner panels includes the second-to-largest banner in Hot Fudge, the third-to-largest banner in Kraft, a 3/8" Rosette in Lemon Drop, and a letter cut from High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase that is perched on a Circle STAX die-cut that has been stamped with the polka dot stamp from Lollipop Treat Halloween.

I strung the banner with Lemon Drop Ribbon and added a Kraft Button between each banner panel, tied on with Hemp Cord.

The last banner panel is a mirror image of the first.
