First up, I created a Red Hot, Kraft, and SmoothWhite card that is clean, yet (slightly) rustic. I used one of the digitally provided sketches from Blueprints 3 for my card.
The rooster from Life's Direction was stamped in Black Licorice on a Kraft circle from Blueprints 3. I stamped Distressed Background Blocks in the foreground, with a stamped-off, Kraft-inked stamped. The flower was stamped with another stamp found in Distressed Background Blocks in Red Hot ink. I love the pizazz it adds to the flower die. I added a Kraft Button with extra long Hemp Cord.
I tucked a Woodgrain Fence behind them. Under that is a strip from Blueprints 3, and a Smooth White Scalloped Border, from the same die.
Up next is this card using Life's Direction stamp set for the sentiment. I cut the sentiment apart and stamped it using both Kraft and Red Hot inks. It is framed in a piece created using Blueprints 3 Die-namics.
I added an arrow accent created with the Feathers and Arrows Die-namics.
I discovered when playing with this flower die, that the smallest heart from the Heart STAX Die-namics, fits perfectly in the petals of the flower. I added them on top in the same color to add a little more detail and dimension to the flower. I stamped a strip of Darling Dots in white pigment ink along the base of the kraft strip. Then, just because I was feeling adventurous, I added a TEENY strip of Blu Raspberry Card Stock under it. It adds an unexpected pop of color.
