May Release Rewind

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today.  Have you filled your shopping cart with MFT goodness?  The Brand Spankin' New Release is available NOW, right HERE.  :)

I had a lot of fun using the new products, and wanted to explore more uses for Lisa Johnson's Cheerful Blessings stamp set.  I paired it with Blueprints 3 and used the sketches that are digitally provided on the MFT site HERE.  It makes quick work of stamping and I love having all the parts and pieces I need in one handy package.

On this card, I used the Rainbow Die-namics to create a rainbow and I tucked it behind a "frame" created with a couple pieces from the Blueprints 3 Die-namics.  A sentiment from Cheerful Blessings was stamped in Black Licorice.  The sky was airbrushed with my Copic markers in BG10 and BG11.

I added a couple Flat Bottom Clouds at the base of the rainbow, and a Lemon Drop Sunshine Die-namics in the upper right corner.   The border was created using another piece of Blueprints 3 in Lemon Drop.

I had a lot of fun with the quick and easy card.  I went super literal and defined the sentiment with a couple die-cuts.  The sentiment was stamped on a Smooth White circle cut using Blueprints 3, in Black Licorice ink.  I added a Red Hot heart from Hearts a Plenty and then added a teeny Lemon Drop sun from Notched Tag Die-namics.  SO easy, but this card makes my heart happy.  :)

A few border strips cut from Lemon Drop are tucked behind, adhered to a Kraft layer.

Thanks for stopping by.  Please head over to the MFT Blog for a full list of participating designers.  You'll find plenty of inspiration.  :)

And remember, the new MFT products are available NOW, right HERE.
