Spring Tulips

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. Today is the first day of the MFT February Release Countdown. Only 5 days left until the new release (yay)! Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for full set and die reveals for the day. This release is packed full of fresh and fun new products, AND there are 6 brand new colors.

My cards today feature the gorgeous new Spring Tulips stamp set and Die-namics, along with the new Houndstooth Background. The tulips are bold, yet delicate and pack a punch on a card. On my first card I created a garden of solid tulips, and added a few blooms on the coordinating die cuts to make them stand out a little bit. I stitched around the perimeter, and the sentiment was stamped on a strip of smooth white that softens the floral scene.

Up next is this clean and simple card that features a colored image complete with Copic opaque white highlights. The front panel was scored and stitched, and the Cherry Crisp card base was stamped with the Houndstooth Background using Versamark ink. I roughed up the edges a bit to add some texture.

These products and many more will be available for purchase in just FIVE days, on February 3 at 10 PM EST.  Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with today.
