Balloon Strings?
Hello all! Today I have a card using the Balloon Strings Background. It was embossed and then colored with Peerless Watercolors. I added a sentiment from Brushstroke Birthday Greetings in Gold. I added a few gold sequins (cut from card stock), and frame the card with a Pierced Rectangle Frame. It was a very simple card, but I love the look. This background is very versatile and looks good with just about anything. :)
