Beautiful Blooms Card Kit - Wood Plank Background

Hello there and thank you for stopping by today. Today is the second day of the MFT Beautiful Blooms Card Kit Countdown. Tonight, the new kit releases (yay)! Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for the full kit reveal and more inspiration.

My card today uses three patterns in the patterned paper pack to create a fun multicolored background. I cut part the wood plank papers, one plank at a time, and then distressed the edges of each. I adhered them to a piece of card stock, trimmed, and then distressed the perimeter. I added a "nail hole" to the sides of each plank. The card features a single bouquet using a mix of the stamps and dies and a simple vase.

This new card kit will be available for purchase tonight, January 19, at 10 PM EST.  Be sure to check out the MFT Blog to see what the rest of the team has come up with today.
