I LOVE YOU

My card today uses the new beautiful Floral Fusion Cover-Up and Lisa Johnson's new stamp set, Words of Inspiration.

I cut the Floral Fusion Cover-Up in Grapesicle. I layered a Berrylicious panel that was stamped with Typewriter Text in Sweet Tooth ink over it.  Then I added a flower cut from Plentiful Petals. I used leaves from Upsy Daisy. The sentiment was adapted from a sentiment stamp that said I LOVE YOUR Caring Spirit.  I cut the two lines apart, and then cut off the "R" to have a sentiment that says I LOVE YOU. If I ever choose to use the sentiment "as-is", I can just piece them together on my acrylic block.

Hello Gorgeous

My card today uses the super cool new Houndstooth Cover-Up. I just love the pattern and the way it is designed allows for lots of natural dimension just by layering it over a different color of card stock. The Simply Fabulous Sayings is SO fun to use. It has a zillion (ok, maybe not a zillion, but a LOT) of possible combinations. Hello Gorgeous was calling to me this time, but I have plenty more sayings in mind for future cards!

I added an accent arrow from Right on Target.  The heart embellishment is from Blueprints 8.
