When I first saw this set I KNEW I had to have it. I love elegant sets and this one is so exception!
I had limited time this morning, because I have to go to work (in 40 minutes I might add), but I REALLY wanted to use this set, so I managed to crank out this card! YAY I went with the same layout and colors as last night, but changed the stamp set.
Stamps: kind thoughts, en francais
Paper: blue bayou, soft sky, papertrey white, basic grey
Ink: basic grey, going grey, blue bayou, white craft, soft sky, versamark
Accessories: clear EP, decorative brad, aquapainter & reinkers, pewter brads, Nestabilities circles and ovals, grey taffeta ribbon, dimensionals, Janome sewing machine
Another gorgeous card! I love those colors and the set you used.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful, Jody! I really love those colors together!
ReplyDeleteI love your work!!! Especially the colors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! The basic grey in the pic almost looks like a pretty brown suede. Great job!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully stunning card!
ReplyDeleteFabulous! Great layout!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is such an elegant looking card!
ReplyDeleteI love the card! Looks like someone else saw that it looks like brown suede too. But tell us how you manage - with 3 kids - to whip up a card before you go to work?
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! Love the suede lookout and the layout is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI love these 3 cards Jodi! These colors are fantastic; it's funny but on my screen, I thought the "Kind Thoughts" card used shades of green, not blue and I loved it that way too! I love these new sets too; thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ! I am now adding this set to the top of my wish list !
ReplyDeleteThis is a......WOW card!!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done!
I can't believe you created this card in only 40 minutes! It would've taken me at least 6 hours.
Thanks for sharing!

Ohhhh... I love LOVE LOVE this card. Gorgeous colors, layout and great placement of the ribbon and sentiment! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteFabulous!!! I just love this card. I had a show Friday night and this totally inspired me to create a 6x6 page. I used sage shadow instead of soft sky. I showed the girls the rub-ons (LOVE THEM), wish they came more to a pack though. I will post my 6x6 on Sunday. Love your work :-)

ReplyDeleteThud! Jaw dropping gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThis card is so gorgeous! I've been wanting to try sewing on my cards (I too have a Janome) but was a little intimidated. Seeing your work has inspired me even more and I hope to give it a try today.
