I have a card for this week's MFT Wednesday Stamp Club #47. This sketch is nice and simple, and I couldn't help myself... I pulled out the newly release Christmas Ornaments Die-namics and Stamp Set. I just can't get enough, what can I say? AND I now have a decent stash of Christmas cards to mail out. Note to self: mail out Christmas cards this year.
I stitched along the outer edge of the Tag, You're It Die-namics. I added a couple patterned papers and then layered on my decorated Christmas ornament. I added a 5 mm Swarovski crystal in the center (cream colored - Michaels). I finished off the ornament with a couple holly leaves, which I can also not get enough of. The tag was topped with some rope trim I bought from Stampin' Up many moons ago. The tag was missing a little something, so I added a row of pierced holes along the bottom.
Here is a peek inside. I used a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental about Christmas and another ornament from the Christmas Ornaments Die-namics.
Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the MFT Blog and the MFT forum on SCS (look for the most recent WSC thread). You'll need to upload your card in the SCS gallery using the keyword shown on the sketch. You will have the chance to win up to $20 in MFT money. One winner is chosen at random each week!
Go get sketchy with MFT!
