you're the best

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today. I did some "just for fun" stamping and made a card for this week's MFT Wednesday Stamp Club. I love starting with a sketch. I look at the sketch, choose the stamps based on the available space, and get to work! This week's sketch is very graphic and wanted to keep it bold and bright.

I stamped the polka dots from Large Scale Backgrounds in Sweet Tooth Pigment ink on the framed square.  The frame was created by nesting 2 Pierced Square STAX together and cutting at once.  The arrow and chevrons are from Blueprints 7.

The speech bubble is also from Blueprints 7 and I stamped a sentiment from Sending Thanks on it. I stamped one of the accent stamps from Sending Thanks along the top of the Sour Apple panel in Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.

I love the little slit die included in Blueprints 7.  I tucked the long panel into it.

Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog for the sketch, the details, and to link up the card directly from your blog! Come share with us!  :)
